Changing my address without any instruction and without any fica documents
Hello
After having a device delivered to my work address I saw that all my accounts now show the address of where I work. How can they change my address without any fica documents or without any instruction from me? When I phoned they told me I have to go to the branch and change it back with all my fica documents. Why do I need to take off from work go and wait at the bank to fix a problem that FNB created without my instruction.
