Changing from Platinum to Encore account
Hi There <br> <br> I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the way Octavia Ntusi assisted my mother into changing from a normal Platinum to an Encore, my mom is a pensioner who was struggling with all the charges being on a wrong package. Her professionalism and dedication in helping customers should be noticed by FNB. People like Octavia understand what Customer Care is all about.
