Changing for the better

I recently visited FNB hoping to chat to someone about switching banks. Because I had very little time and I was in the Greenacres shopping centre, I quickly asked the gentleman at the door what I'd need and how long it would take. He explained everything in detail without taking up to much of the time I really didn't have. It's much simpler than I thought. Thank you Anver Alexander for making me feel a whole lot more comfortable with changing banks.
