Changing banks!!

I get charged ridiculously high bank charges for the (all inclusive) but yet they still deduct other charges. I have asked NUMEROUS times for the past 6 days to be downgraded to the lowest account option and asked them to CLOSE my overdraft but I am being ignored!!!!!! There is absolutely NO benefit from having a private banker they are either money sharks or *********** because no one is helping your honouring your requests
