Changing banks

I have been an FNB client since then good. I am concerned about the high rate of banking fees. I recently purchased a vihecle and was financed by another bank. My problem is what is the purpose of continuing with a bank that will not finance basic needs for myself other than offering loans. I am not the only one with this problem given a chance I would have to screen grab status sharing the same sentiments in one of the Facebook page known as 1 family stockpile. I am honestly considering of changing bank.
