Changing bank Statements from Afrikaans to English

Pathetic service trying to get a basic task like changing my bank statements from Afrikaans to English done. I have been on the phone for longer than three hours after spending an hour on the landline inside the branch because no one can assist. I need these documents by tuesday or my Visa will not be approved. How pathetic is this for the year 2019.
