Changing Address - MISSION IMPOSSIBLE @ FNB

<p>I sent a change of address request via email to ********** on the 25/01/17, I received the below response the same day, I then called as requested. I was identified and assured that on the next run, the address on my statement will be updated. I received a new statement and the address was still not updated. I sent another email on 27/02/17, I was now asked to send my proof of residence which they have. Please update my address that's all I am asking.
