Changing acc as it suits you

Please explain to me. When a person go and shop for a product/service, you look for different options which includes the price for specific product/service. You as client decide on what the product/service offer you and at what price and make your decision accordingly. Now you just decide the product/service that I chose does not exist anymore and I get migrated to another one at a more expensive price, or as per SMS look at our different options, which does not include a similar product/service at a similar price. I chose my specific product/service for a reason and think this isn’t ethical at all. When I decided to take your product/service nobody told me that a few years down the line you not going to honor your product/service anymore as per agreement. That is a sure way to loose clients and make clients bad mouth you in their daily conversations.
