CHANGES TO ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING CLIENT
I have a FNB cheque account. Today I received over 12 sms indicating changes to my account limits etc. I was shocked and phoned the ***** line and was told that it is the collections department. I was given the name of Joyce that apparently did the changes to my account. I tried to call but her phone *** always goes to voice mail.

On what basis can FNB make changes to my account on limits, closure etc WITHOUT CONTCATING THE CLIENT. I have NEVER received any letter from them or notice that they would close or make changes to my account.

This conduct is also in contravention of the applicable legislation
