Changes to account without consent

Today i received an unsettling email that my portfolio with FNB Private Banking has now suddenly moved to FNB Private Wealth. This was done just out of the blue, without any consultation with my. I have neither accepted not approved any such movement. There is also no direct benefit to me moving over to Private Wealth, so I am not interested at all.
