Changes made without my consent resulting in me not having access to funds at the last minute

Highly annoyed that my card was canceled NOT BY ME upon the arrival of the Fusion PW card!!! I did not want to change my account! I'm currently at Jackson's unable to pay for my purchases after standing in the queue for an hour!!!!!!!!!!!! I've now been told by a agent that I have to go to a branch for a temp card as I discarded the fusion card!!!!! So now my account was changed not by my request, a new card sent that I did not request and my original card canceled! I will not be going to a branch no one in their right mind would go anywhere near a mall of bank now!
