Changes always happen, but please communicate.

I discovered on 20th December 2019, that FNB APP no longer accommodates our smaller phones. FNb, upgraded their APP version end of November 2019, and their latest version requires some of us to upgrade or buy bigger Android phones. So, i was advised by staff from one of the branches when i went to enquire why the app disappeared from my phone. It is good that the bank upgrades to latest version, but was it not supposed to warn us ,( clients) that we should prepare for a switch over to bigger androind phones, buying a new phone requires some of us to budget for it, communication about such changes is imperative.
