Changed twite for same transaction all the time.
Im very dissapointed and angry with FNB Bank, there is more than 2 transaction i did with my own money but this bank take twice, i went to garage on sunday and i made a puchase there and i check on the app there money was deducted and i received the sms too, but today on wed in the morning i received another sms for the same puchased i did on sunday and the money was gone again. I have few of this issue ,last i was at spur same thing happend.
I have used most of the banks including capitec and now im regretting to move to this bank even moving my salary from capitec to fnb

01 Sept 2021, 15:05I did receive a call and i also went to your branch , all people dont undertstand what they are talking about.
I even requested statement with all my transaction from 1st of August untill 32 august showing all the balance in details but i dd not get that statement.
On the 22 august i went to spur but on your statement it is not showing, i want to know in details how much i had on the 22 before spur transtaction and after.
