Changed my debit order date without my permission

<p> Fnb has been always my favourite bank ever since but now i am disappointed honestly.They changed my debit date on my revolving loan without my permission and this has made me pay extra charges. I used to pay on the 7th my date has been changed to the 20th and by then there is no money on my account who ever did it should be held accountable. Thanks to the Parktown branch who changed it to the 1st , trying to recall the lady who took her effort to change this . Keep up the good work for sure the system will give us her name. But still im told on the 20th of Sept they are going to deduct guys this is quite stressing i need those bank charges reversed.</p>
