Changed address and email address

Got an SMS stating my statement wasnt delivered and I had to call the call centre, yet i've received these for the past few months and email address hasnt changed.

I called and changed my primary residence address (which is now my bonded property address).

I also changed my wifes email address as it was incorrect.

3 days later, none of the above have been changed.
