Changed account without consent

I was charged an usual amount for banking fees this month as I signed up for the student account. Only to discover my account had been changed to an easy account WITHOUT my consent or notice or even reasoning! Tried to log a complaint through their website and it’s impossible to do as the site keeps bombing out. No response from twitter either. Disgusting customer service
