Change your slogan to - "How can we frustrate and ignore you."
I am disappointed that no one has called or resolved my request for a clearance letter for my credit card. I've had no one to assist me. The assistance I got left me disappointed due to received emails claiming they will assist shortly. More than a month has past and no one is taking accountability. Bad business and a bad reputation.
