Change your slogan as you not helping at all!!!!!

I get that you guys are protecting information however crime happens and sometimes you have to activate services all again, so annoying that you get send from pillar to post just to get a card activated as without tht you can barely activate the fnb app, your services are poor as theres not even an option from your bank to assist customers during this process, some of us have things to do now I must wait for your offices to open to get access to my own account how pathetic!
