Change their slogan to "How can be NOT help you?"

I have been trying to settle my bond with this institution for over a month, and they just keep delaying the process, using all sorts of delaying tactics, like failing to provide all the necessary documents they require completed at the start of the process, but they keep feeding one more document required every time you follow up, or they request re-submission of all documents etc. In my opinion they are ******ing money from me, because every day that passes before this is another days interest they urn. This is ******** behavior.
