Change the limit - now my problem

What has happened in a space of 12 hours is beyond!

Last night I receive an SMS not a TELEPHONE call, a SMS to say my limit has been decreased. No specific info, just the usual generic text (due to responsible...). first thing this morning I receive another SMS saying my limit is exceeded and I must deposit to remain in good standing. to add fuel to fire I now get a call from the contact centre.

All three forms of contact communication and I get every single one in such a short space of time.

So, FNB decides to decrease my limit, and now I am the one thats gone over my limit? How does that make any sense. and, to say if not paid I will not be in good standing? Seriously

The agent that called me, apologies but BUT I will NOT tolerate nor accept being spoken to like that. To say to me: 'but you caused the problem' - her tone but don't care who she thinks she is but, when you deal with the public you do not speak or say that.

I still do not know what I actually did wrong for this to have happened but be that as it may I would like to know if the agent is registered with the FSB as a practicing financial Advisor?

I will sort out the balance not a problem. Please get back to m
