Change of debit order date without consent by FNB
I have a student loan with FNB. They change the debit order date as they like debiting my account when there are no funds resulting in hefty charges from my bank for exceeding the limit.

18 Dec 2024, 13:05I received a call from FNB at 16:58 on 17/12/2024 with an apology and a promise that the debit would be reversed and funds would reflect in my account within 2 hours. This would be done first thing the following day as it was too late to process. It is now 13:04 on 18/12/2024 and nothing has been done! Apology not accepted!!
