change of debit order

<br> I have sent a requested my debit order details to be changed as I have changed jobs and just received contract a week later advising debit will run on a different day to my previous job.<br> <br> I have emailed the documents as requested to confirm the date and sent it in jpg. Format as I dont have a scanner to submit it in pdf format. I have advised the lady and don't understand what the issue is about the format.<br> the details are on a company letter head and you can call them too I just need the date changes please I don't understand the issue with format really!
