Change of Credit Debit order date without consent

In December 2018 my debit order dates was changed because my salary was paid a few days earlier. This was changed without my consent . I then loaded various complaints through my FNB branch and hellopeter. The issue was not resolved as myself and the person handling the complaint talked in circles trying to get the issue resolved. I then proceeded to let the issue go.

Last week 18th April 2019 I again received an SMS stating that my credit card debit order is misaligned with my pay date, and that if I do not want it to be changed I have to reply no or phone FNB. Again I did NOT ASK FOR THIS TO BE CHANGED. I phoned FNB today and the person told me it was system generated and there is nothing he can do about it. He then said I need to reply via the SMS. Why?? Someone had to program the system for this , why can’t my name be removed from this list?

So again I must pay for something I did not ask for in the first place. Why must I pay for this ? Where does the money go to on the SMS I rep**** upon. This looks like a legit **** by FNB.

This is the second time I’m asking this, DO NOT CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATES ON ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS !!!

EVER!

This will be the last time I’m requesting this. Next time I WILL go to the banking ombudsman as this is the second time and the issue is not getting resolved.
