Change of banking details

My wife and I changed our bank 2 months ago to FNB. We are already seeing flames and wonder if this was a bad move or what. Anyways, our bond is with FNB ever since and we have been trying to change and update our debit order banking details for almost a month now and we are not winning. We keep on being rep**** to by different agents and all of them keep providing new information every time. Why can't one agent request and advise of all requirements from the go on the first email. We have been emailing everything they wanted but we are still not assisted. Next week will be our deduction date and we are restless because of *********** FNB staff.
