Change of address - difficult to do

Why is it so difficult to change your address? The Online Guide refers to a Business address change, I have a Personal Account. The address is not recognized on the Cellphone App and the map is not user-friendly. On the web, there is no My Profile button or Information like on the App. So how do I change the address. Such a simple thing, yet so difficult to do.
