Change of account status

About 4 years ago my wife and I trfd our accounts from Standard and opened Premier Accounts with FNB. We also invested substantial amounts on Fixed Deposit and savings. We qualified for the Retirees monthly fee rebate. We have now been told that we will no longer qualify for the Retiree benefits and from 1 July we will be paying a monthly fee. This is a departure from the basis on which we trfd our accounts and investments. Have spoken to their help line. A waste of time
