Change in pricing

I received an email from FNB telling me that the pricing option I am currently on no longer exists and that on the 28 February if I don't select 1 of 3 options they will automatically migrate me to the option that is the worst for me. They also recommend I change to the wrong option. The option for people with no credit card when they know I have a credit card. They also stated that the details are attached. There was no attachment. FNB do not treat you as a person. When they make changes the onus is always on the individual to ensure the correct thing gets done. I contacted FNB on their live chat and on the telephone. After several hours of trying to understand what the hell they were going on about I gave up. Why not keep banking simple and personal. I thought FNB was different but all banks are the same. Useless, complicated and do as they please with our money. They are like leeches and parasites making money out of other peoples money. Let's hope crypto-currencies grow to a point where we don't need banks anymore.
