Change in Contract Terms

<p>RE: Debit order date. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a personal loan with FNB. </p> <p>The Agreed ddebit order date is set for teh 25th as per agreement. </p> <p> </p> <p>What FNB Loans does on the other hand in contrary to teh Agreement. </p> <p> </p> <p>on the 23rd of each month already the Loan Repayment Value is Provisioned on my account. Which mean i am Short of the Repayment Amount 2 days before i get paid. </p> <p>But thats not all. </p> <p> </p> <p>DECEMBER DEBIT ORDER, this Debit order ran on the 15TH!!!!</p> <p>This is not as per contract Agreement. </p> <p> </p> <p>I Called FNB and tey said they sent communication. I DIDNT RECEIVE. </p> <p>FNB Representative said to me that FNB has teh right to change Debit order date as and when they want. </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT ARE THE RMIFICATIONS HEREOF? </p> <p>I WAS INCONVINIENCED BECAUSE FNB DEBITED !) DAYS BEFORE AGREED DATE. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called in and Asked if the Contract stipulates this. they said yes. I asked for the supervisor to send through the contract clause showing this. I still havent received any feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone explain this to me. </p> <p>Secondly, i want to get ssome eBucks for this inconvinience. </p>
