Change Business Name linked to Business Account

Again another problem with FNB business. I sent an email to ***. To have my company name changed on the business account, I was emailed back that I will be contacted in 24 hours which never happened. It's the 3rd day and still no one has contacted me I even had situation escalated and still no one contacted me.
