Cession Cancellation Letter
FNB took cession on my client's policy in 2002 via their Pretoria North Branch. We need a cession cancellation letter from the bank urgently so that the insurer can remove the cession.

We had communication on numerous dates with ***; ***; *** and to date we still did not receive a cession cancellation letter from FNB even though you confirmed that there should not be any cession active against the client's contract.
I have send you letters of authority as well and still nothing.
So what are we to do to get you to furnish us with an official cession cancellation letter on and FNB letterhead pls?
