Cession cancellation letter
My father had a loan with Saambou bank which he secured with his investment from southern life (momentum) and it was paid up in 2000. We have all the policy documents with the letters proving all that but FNB is failing to provide us with cession cancellation letter as they are unable to trace such long records from saambou, now my father can't get his investment money because momentum requires a letter from FNB, can someone help from FNB
