CERTAINLY NOT A BANK THAT CAN HELP YOU !

I have been calling FNB since the 31Aug and called more than 3 times this morning and from being cut off to just being put on hold to not beig told anything and hearing music. Absolute pathetic service from such a brand and well-known bank. No customer focus, truly disgusting customer experience
