Central Supplier Database Bank Verification

It has been well over a month since I've registered my FNB banking details on the Central Supplier Database and unfortunately it has yet to be verified thus I have not been able to conduct any business with entities that require me to be registered on CSD.

It's been an unpleasant wait, considering the trust I have in FNB & them supposedly being "efficient". This not only slows down business for but for FNB too which is disappointing when one looks at it from that perspective.

Is this how FNB promotes small businesses? The fact that so many of us are struggling with FNB account verification and the matter still has to end up at Hellopeter should have been a concern to FNB. Clearly we do not matter as clients to FNB.
