Cellphone Contract

As a loyal FNB customer, I’ve always appreciated the service. However, after reviewing my recent iPhone 13 contract, I noticed that the total amount over 36 months is nearly double the device's full price, which feels excessive. I’ve found an alternative offer for the same device for R10,000 with 15% interest over 24 months, which seems more competitive.

I’m reaching out to see if it’s possible to adjust my current contract, whether by reducing the cost or shortening the term, to bring it more in line with what’s available in the market.

If the current offer stands, I may need to reconsider my options. I’m hopeful we can find a solution that works
