CELLPHONE CONTRACT CANCELLED IN A DAY BUT DEBITED.

I was contacted by Cell C connect in November 2015 and asked if i would like to take up a contract for a tablet and cell phone. I accepted the contract telephonically in the morning, by the afternoon i had changed my mind and contacted them to cancel. The contract was cancelled to my knowledge, but days later, the phone and tablet was delivered. i told the courier company that i had cancelled, but they told me I have to take it and then contact Cell C to collect as they only do drop offs. It is still sealed in its original packaging. I have been calling Cell C from 12 November 2015 and trying to get them to collect their stuff. They said the contract was not cancelled by FNB Connect and they had to cancel it again!! All this time, debiting my account for a contract that was cancelled before it was even delivered! Now my bank account is in the red because CELL C keep deducting every cent that comes into my account. I have put a stop on their debit order, but they change the amounts and debit again. i have been calling Cell C, spoke to numerous consultants, unhelpful, they refuse to put me through to a superior, then put me on hold and eventually cut me off, as does FNB CONNECT.
