Cellphone contract

<p>so I went to fnb kolonade to apply for a cellphone contract. Everything went well and I received my device.</p> <p>after a day of using the device and I decided to return the device as the contract that I signed stipulated that I could return the device if undamaged, but that's when I got the shock of my life. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by a lady called mokgaetjie when I wanted to return the device only to hear her tell me that it's impossible to return the device if it's Not due to damage. I referred to the contract that I received from them and even after she saw that it says I could return the device within 7 days she still referred to the branch manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thats when I got a bigger shock because the branch manager told me the same story and even had to call the call centre to ask if we could return the device to which they said yes. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was was very inconvenienced as I had to wait in the bank for over and hour. How does fnb cell a contract to people and make them sign it if they do not understand and know what's on the contract. I feel sorry for any people that came through with the same incident and were say back home to use a devise they were not happy with. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointing service from fnb kolonade and the branch manager Samantha abrahams.</p>
