Cellphone Claim with FNB Insurance

I am really not happy with FNB Insurance Cellphone claim was submitted on 11/06/2023 and had to be validated of which that's when everything went sour. all the necessary documents were supp**** and the only thing that was outstanding was the ITC Ref Number unfortunately i could not get the ref number as my daughter was using the phone and the sim was not registered in her name, it was one of the third party sim from Telkom - Unfortunately could not assist as the sim was not registered on my daughters name, A Letter was supp**** from Telkom on a letter head advising that they cant help due to this reason. claim cant be validated because of such - i am so disappointed or maybe sad - i will be moving my insurance - account and business account somewhere else - why would one lie about loosing his or her belongings - a Meer R10000 Cellphone is rejected because of an ITC Number. i thought FNB was bigger than that obviously i was wrong.
