Cellphone claim that takes longer than a car one

I took out FNB device insure when I purchased a device through FNB.<br> <br> It has been a nightmare to claim, from nobody responding to mails or their call centre just ringing. I'm trying to understand how a CELLPHONE insurance claim is taking longer to process than a car. <br> <br> What is the purpose of phone insurance if you are Left without one for weeks in 2016? Highly frustrated and disappointed.
