Cellphone banking verification sucks

FNB's cellphone banking verification system sucks big time. I have been through 5 agents on the phone all saying they're sending me something on my cellphone number I used to register for cellphone banking with FNB, and Nothing happens. I waited for 5 minutes per agent and the thing they're sending doesn't come through.
