Cellphone Banking Under Maintenance

I have contacted FNB several times in regards to my cellphone banking , it's been a month now that it's been giving me the error message (Under Maintenance ) . Last time I contacted FNB they told me it should be fixed in 24HRS it's now 2 weeks later .
