Cellphone and Online Banking

Had my account blocked for possible ***** on online banking, My banking app and cellphone banking were closed... Went to FNB branch received a temporary debit card to access funds, now issue is with re instating cellphone and Banking app, gees they are sending me pillar to pillar, one say I must go the the branch or consultants says ATM... Im so confused I just need my Cellphone banking and Banking APP
