Cell Phone Hitch

I recently changed cellular service providers, hoping that "NO SERVICE" messages would end.

Since I moved, I cannot do internet banking, no OTP's arrive, and when people try to call me, the error message "The subscriber you have dialled is unavailable, please try again later" is the standard response.

Why?

FNB please sort out your issues.

Let's see how long it takes FNB to sort out the issue, or to call me directly to do so! Love FNB's line "To follow up with us you can contact 0877***371", I complained, FNB should be CONTACTING ME, go figure!

Lebo, you are a STAR!

Lebo - FNB Cell Phone Banking called me and after chatting around my problem promised to investigate and come back to me ASAP.

It appears that the issue is not a FNB problem but a CellC problem.

The CellC contract was cancelled on the 30th August, instore at Festival Mall, using the CellC instore's cell phone, but not actioned on their system by their Terminations Department. Today when I went back to CellC Festival Mall, Gugu - CellC told me I need to give them a 1 month notice period, AGAIN?????

Thank you Lebo for your patience is dealing with this disgruntled and crusty customer, you are a *!
