Cell centre service above and beyond the call of duty from Mpho

Mpho at the ***** call centre is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty! I had a suspicious transaction to a company I had never visited on my card and we were preparing to cancel my card. I needed the card urgently for next week and she was busy arranging an emergency courier to get it to me in time. While I was waiting, I was desperately wracking my brains to think of a small vendor that I may have purchased from to account for the strange transaction. I then made numerous calls and tracked down the transaction as being genuine. By the time Mpho was back on the line she had already arranged my emergency courier and she was getting everything in place for the cancellation. I am so relieved to not have had any ***** on my account but I am amazed and grateful for Mpho who was going to sort it all out even if there had been *****. I cannot thank her enough! If FNB have awards and employee of the year prizes, she definitely deserves it! Thank you so much Mpho!
