cell c and fnb sucks

<p>So early today I was ****** of my iphone5 cellphone. After reporting this at my nearest police station I was told that I need a ITC number in order for them to open a case.</p> <p>So to give you context- about 2months who I ported my vodacom number to FNB connect who is using Cell C network. When I called Cell C to get assistance that told me that my number doesn't come up on their systems which resulting in them not being able to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm frustrated because now I have to go to a Cell C store to help me and I must call FNB connect thereafter I have to go back to the police station to make a case then give the case number to my insurance to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this was sorted from the start I would not have had this issue. Fnb this is not on.</p>
