Hi I have been trying to resolve my personal loan account with FNB head office, I have settled the account 3 weeks back and received a settlement letter than sent it their Attorney as advised but my account is still not closed, for 3 weeks they have been giving me a run around.

I am supposed to be applying for a car since we have been given a grace period to be having cars,and now I am about to lose my job because this issue is holding me back. *** ***
