CDD Couriers rude and don't arrive

CDD Couriers was meant to deliver my business card yesterday. I made special arrangements to make myself available. The courier did not arrive and no one called to say they were not coming. <br> <br> Then this morning a rude lady phoned me, did not apologize, just kept saying that the courier missed the delivery time. I do not want to reschedule with these unreliable people as I just don't have time to be messed around by people. I want my card taken to the branch so I can pick it up whenever it suites me. <br> <br> FNB should fire this useless company.
