CCD & waiting time Gardens Branch

Let me just get on with it.

Firstly, FNB couriers is really pathetic. They phoned me over a weekend and then emailed me on the Saturday. I missed the calls as i was in a bad reception area but phoned back the Monday. I was told sorry they could not get hold of me so now the card is on its way to the branch. So since when do you try calling clients outside business hours and then refer the card to the bank.

So, i decided not to complain and let it go. Finally after 5 days my card is ready for collection at Gardens branch. Got there 13:11 and the ticket waiting period stated 22min. Even 22 min for me is a long wait but we tried to stick it out. It ended up begin 54min and only got assisted @ 14:05. I asked the manager to assist after about 40min but said we are welcome to come back. Eventually the urgency arised and got assisted @ 14:05

The real problem here was that there are only 3 assistants and then 1 of them is training another. Recipe for disaster!

This is a quick 2min card collection gone way wrong! FNB gardens,

1) Get a better reliable reputable courier company and then

2) Stop getting rid of your staff and retain them to avoid email like these.

I took a photo of the ticket and my watch stating the time we waited but your are welcome to confirm this with the manager present during this time.
