CCD **** Horrible customer service --- they have no idea what is happpening with thier deliver people

I am super disappointment at FNB using CCD courier to delivery bank cards when they know that they are very very unprofessional!! CCD call center have no idea where the drivers are, when they call the driver ,while i wait on the line, they cannot get a hold of their drivers. they escalate the matter but every time i call, no1 has a clue that my matter was escalated -- the only excuse i get is that they new to my case and they will escalate!!!! Seen Wednesday they have been escalating my matter to the to the manager --- its Friday now and i still do not have my Bank card !!!!! at this point i need to cancel my card and order a new one for collection!!!!!!!!!
