CCD Couriers is terrible

How can you use a courier service that don't even bother to contact your clients and than they are only sending messages to say they can't get hold of my son and that FNB will charge delivery fees. When trying to contact the number that is on the messages the phone only ring. We also tried the Cape Town branch without any luck. Did you see the poor rating and the bad reviews about CCD couriers? Because if you did you wount be making use of them
