CCD Couriers could not deliver an URGENT card

CCD Couriers is the WORST courier company I have ever dealt with. I needed my replacement card delivered TODAY because I am travelling overseas. After being pushed from pillar to post, called by numerous clueless call centre agents, left on hold unreasonable long periods (over 20 minutes!! at a time), eventually I got a call from a gentleman in JHB saying the card will be delivered to my home by 8pm tonight. Well, you guessed it. No card arrived.<br> <br> I hold FNB responsible for contracting their card couriering service to CCD who have proven to be really bad at what they do. But equally poor is FNB's CBS card queries. No accountability. Not point person. Generic email responses. And an inability to communicate with CCD to authorize the urgent delivery of my bank card
